The 805 mark 2 is at least 3-4 class up above the normal 805. The sound is much more pure and clean. Delivery of power is continuous in a seamless manner. Actually, I don't feel like listening to 805 tubes, it is more so like with 300b like purity but the power of spontanous power of 845. I think the speaker at the show does not do the equipment justice but I have to say the overall sound is good. If the speaker is tango or cessaro, I can't imagine.....
