Wellfloat Babel vs. Active Isolation Platforms

I understand that the Babel because of its size/shape cannot support every type of component (e.g., most turntables).  However I am wondering if anyone has compared the Delta (or other Welloat device) with an active isolation platform (e.g., Herzan, Tano, Seismion) under a preamp, DAC, or other component that can be supported by both?
